Standard Rates

A sliding-scale fee structure is available on a limited basis based on your gross income.

Payment

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Insurance

I currently do not bill any insurance company for my services. If you are thinking of using insurance, please note that approval for payment generally requires that your therapist diagnose you with a mental disorder. This diagnosis can become a part of your permanent health record in a national database accessible by other parties, such as future employers, insurance companies, the federal government, and law enforcement. Your insurance company may also request a copy of your therapist's notes and records. Treatment options may also be limited if you use insurance.

I encourage you to ask your insurance company if it would reimburse you when you submit an invoice for my services as an "out-of-network" provider and, if so, the conditions that apply.
